Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

Returns must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date and are accepted for store credit ONLY.

If returns arrive after the 15 day window, they will not be processed.  A $15 fee will be incurred to have the items shipped back to you.

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.  

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached. If there are stains of any kind, including but not limited to: makeup, deodorant, pet hair and/or other stains, items will not be accepted for store credit and will require the $15 fee to be sent back to the customer.

Return Instructions:

1. Read over our return policy to make sure you have met all of the requirements.
2. Place return item in a shipping box, with the original receipt, and packing slips.
3. Email orders@shopsouthernsunday.com to have a return label sent to you.  Attach to packaging and drop off or arrange pick up with your local US Post Office.
4. If you choose not to use the provided return label, you can ship to:

Exchange Instructions:

If you are interested in exchanging an item you have purchased, it is best to place a new order for the updated size/color.  This ensures that the correct item will remain available for you.  

Payment:

Full payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping method.
