5 Must Try Naples Restaurants This Summer + What to Wear at Each
Whether you're planning a sunset dinner with friends, a casual date night, or just craving something fresh and local, Naples, Florida has no shortage of amazing restaurants to explore this summer. We've rounded up five of our favorite local spots, each with delicious food, unique vibes, and a perfect outfit idea from the shop to match the moment.
1. The Local – For Farm-Fresh Flavor and Easy Summer Style
If you’re looking for locally sourced, seasonally inspired dishes, The Local is a must. Their Pistachio Pesto Pappardelle pasta is one of my top pasta dishes in town and the Pig & Fig Bruschetta is a must-try! All of the options are packed with flavor and ideal for a date night or casual girls' dinner. The ambiance is stylish yet relaxed, perfect for a breezy sundress that’s comfortable and polished.
What to Wear: A classic midi sundress paired with sandals and simple gold hoops. It’s an effortless look that feels elevated without trying too hard. Shop our favorite dresses here.
2. Snook Inn – A Laid-Back Favorite with Waterfront Views
A Marco Island staple, Snook Inn offers stunning waterfront views and a totally casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Their Ahi Tuna Nachos are fantastic and big enough for a meal, and the Rum Runner might just become your go-to beach drink. Whether you arrive by boat or car, comfort is key here.
What to Wear: Keep it coastal and casual with denim shorts, a lightweight tank, and a straw tote. You’ll be ready for anything—from a boat ride to a walk on the docks. Follow the link to browse our shorts options!
3. The Dock at Crayton Cove – Where Cool Meets Coastal
With a casual vibe and consistently delicious seafood, The Dock is ideal for a laid-back summer meal. The Florida Louie Salad with Shrimp is a favorite for a reason. It's fresh, filling, and totally Florida. Since it’s right on the water, you’ll want something that feels as cool as the breeze.
What to Wear: A romper or easy jumpsuit—cute, comfortable, and stylish enough to take you from lunch to cocktails by the bay. Our full selection of rompers and jumpsuits can be found here.
4. Del Mar – Upscale Dining on Fifth Avenue
If you're dining on Fifth Avenue South, it’s always a good excuse to dress up. Del Mar offers flavorful Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are flavorful but light...which means you'll always have room for dessert! Their beet salad might be the best I've ever had and you can't end the meal without trying their olive oil cake. This is a place I always go when I want to feel fancy or have guests in from out of town.
What to Wear: A statement summer maxi dress with a pair of wedges and bold earrings. You’ll feel just as fabulous as the food. Our current favorite options are this Palm Print Maxi Dress or our Tropical Tiger Strapless Dress.
5. Food & Thought 2 – Organic Bites and Backyard Vibes
Casual, fun, and always delicious, Food & Thought 2 is a local favorite with a great outdoor patio that includes cozy fire pits and fun games. All of the food is organic and made from scratch. I love their grass-fed burgers and fresh pastas, as well as their drink selection. I've gone here for date night or a meetup with friends and have even had lunch alone at the bar. It's a place that can work for any occasion.
What to Wear: The ultimate millennial go-to: jeans and a cute top. ;) Add a straw bag and layered necklaces for a laid-back but pulled-together look. Our full range of tops can be found here.
6. BONUS - Bicyclette Cookshop - A Culinary Experience
Narrowing it down to only five restaurants was too hard so I'm throwing in a bonus option for free! There is truly no place in Naples like Bicylette. Chef Kayla Pfeiffer won an episode of Chopped and is a James Beard Award nominee and offers unique twists on classic dishes. Their current octopus preparation is probably the best I've ever had and I love the Bugles and caviar starter combo. I try to always end the meal with the soft serve topped with olive oil and sea salt for a light and refreshing sweet treat. You can truly never go wrong with anything they serve!
What to Wear: Bicyclette has cool, confident vibes so I think a fun mini dress is the way to go. You can shop my current favorites here.
